continues to worry, Sharen and Bud find joy in the last leg of an arduous
journey. Once again, this commentary was not safely delivered until after
Sharen's arrival in Alaska.
Thinking about what lies ahead, and unable to reach those left behind,
Sharen allows herself to begin anticipating what now seems inevitable
- her goal reached, reunion with her cousin Alma in Alaska.
